What is a digital detox?
Essentially a digital detox is any period of time when you make a conscious decision not to use any digital devices to better your health and wellbeing.

This can be from a short period of time, to a day, or even longer.
Like other detoxes people embark on, a digital detox is often done when people feel like they are not living optimally. That their health and wellbeing is suffering, and in this case, more often than not, their real life relationships, too.
They often feel they need and want to make a positive change - that their use of technology is getting too much.
